E-design is our way of working with clients who live beyond the NJ/NYC area, or who simply like doing the legwork themselves. We'll send you a concept board, a furniture layout, paint and finish picks, and links to every piece we've chosen. You set the pace and put the room together, with our eye on every decision.

Sometimes one room is all that needs attention. Our room redesign focuses on a single space, whether it's a living room that never quite came together or a bedroom that needs a reset. We plan the layout, choose the furniture, lighting, and finishes, and handle the styling down to the pillows and art. It's the full Slate & Sage process, scaled to one room.

Paint is deceptively hard to get right. A shade that looks perfect on the chip can read cold, flat, or muddy once it's on the wall. Our color consultations solve that. We both scored perfectly on the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue Test, which measures how finely a person distinguishes color, and we bring that precision to your home. The result is a palette chosen for your light, your architecture, and the way you live in each room.

Sometimes you don't need a designer for the whole project, just a second set of eyes. Our consultations are for exactly that. We walk through your space with you, talk through what's working and what isn't, and help you make the calls you've been going back and forth on, from layout and paint to the sofa you can't decide on. You leave with a clear direction and the confidence to carry it out yourself.
